Return Policy

IF YOU ARE NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE WE ARE HERE TO HELP.

  • You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return/exchange your merchandise.
  • Returns/exchanges require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Contact customer service at 1 (877) 347-8411 to obtain an RMA prior to returning your purchase.
  • RMA numbers expire 10 days after being issued, all return products MUST BE RECEIVED by Motorfist within 10 days.
  • Items purchased from a dealership must be exchanged/returned at the dealership.
  • Used product cannot be returned/exchanged.
  • Returns must be in new, sellable condition. Tags and stickers must be attached.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Customer is responsible for any and all return shipping costs for exchanges and returns
