Motorfist Lifetime Warranty Plus Information
Motorfist guarantees the quality and performance of all of our products.
Motorfist’s Lifetime* Warranty Plus covers all eVent jackets, bibs, and pants against failure in materials and/or workmanship for the normal life of the product.
If requested, we’ll even provide you with a loaner jacket, pant, or bib while processing your claim (that’s the “Plus” part). Backed by the Lifetime* Warranty Plus, you’ll never miss that perfect Bluebird snowmobile day. A deposit is required at the time the request for loaner gear is made.
Non-eVent outerwear, boots, gloves and goggles are covered under a one year warranty.
Helmets are covered by our five year warranty.
Bags are covered by a lifetime* warranty.

Limited Warranty*: All gear eventually shows signs of normal wear and tear. Expected “lifetime” of products depends on many factors, including customer usage. If a product fails due to defect in material or workmanship we will repair or replace the product without charge, at our discretion. Warranty only applies to the original owner and does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by accident, negligence, improper care, modifications/alterations, the natural break down of colors/materials over time, or if the product is used for a purpose for which it was not designed. Boots and bibs are not intended to be used for Snowbike use. The Rebel bib is designed for snowbike use and is covered under our Lifetime Warranty. We reserve the right to require proof of purchase for claims. Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a nominal rate and shipping, at our discretion. Motorfist, or its agent(s), may provide a loaner product while warranty claims are processed.
Warranty Exclusions: This Warranty gives you specific rights. Except for expressly stated in this warranty, or as required by state/provincial law, we shall not be liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of product.
Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping to Motorfist in the event of a warranty claim. Motorfist will pay the costs to ship the item back to the customer.

Individuals assume all risks and accept full and complete responsibility for any and all damages and injury of any kind, including death, which may result from the use of any equipment purchased from Motorfist or through any of Motorfist’s distributors and/or its agents.
