Motorfist Lifetime Warranty Plus Information
Motorfist guarantees the quality and performance of all of our products.
Motorfist’s Lifetime* Warranty Plus covers all eVent jackets, bibs, and pants against failure in materials and/or workmanship for the normal life of the product.
Non-eVent Outerwear, Boots, Gloves and Goggles: Covered under a one-year warranty.
Helmets: Covered by our five-year warranty.
Bags: Covered by a lifetime* warranty.
Argo Avalanche Airbag Backpack: Covered under a three-year manufacturer warranty valid from the date of the retail purchase on the workmanship and components of the product. Motorfist will cover all repairs and outbound shipping for your pack at our discretion. Standard wear and tear of damage caused by extreme or inappropriate use will not be covered under warranty.
What does our Lifetime* Warranty mean? All gear eventually shows signs of normal wear and tear. The lifetime warranty applies to the lifetime of the product and not the lifetime of the customer. Expected “lifetime” of products depends on many factors, see below for our warranty exclusions.
If a product fails due to defect in material or workmanship we will repair or replace the product without charge, at our discretion. We reserve the right to require proof of purchase for claims. Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a nominal rate and shipping, at our discretion. Motorfist, or its agent(s), may provide a loaner product while warranty claims are processed.
Loaner Agreement: If requested, we may provide you with a loaner jacket, pant, or bib at our discretion while processing your claim (that’s the “Plus” part). Backed by the Lifetime* Warranty Plus, you’ll never miss that perfect Bluebird snowmobile day. A deposit of half the price of the garment is required at the time the request for loaner gear is made via credit card. Failure to return the garment back will result in being charged full price for the item.
Wash: All garments must be washed and dried before being sent in. Failure to do so will result in a cleaning fee or your garment sent back.
Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping to Motorfist in the event of a warranty claim. Motorfist will pay the costs to ship the item back to the customer.

Individuals assume all risks and accept full and complete responsibility for all damages and injury of any kind, including death, which may result from the use of any equipment purchased from Motorfist or through any of Motorfist’s distributors and/or its agents.

Warranty is subject to change with no notice. This 2020 Warranty Statement supersedes all previous Motorfist warranty statements.
